Purchase rules

Effective from: 2025-09-19

These purchase rules (hereinafter – the Rules) regulate the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the client (hereinafter – the Buyer) and the website pabegimobunkeris.lt (hereinafter – the Seller) when the Buyer purchases services through the Seller’s website.

1. General provisions

1.1. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order on the website and makes the payment via the Opay system.
1.2. The Buyer must review these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement with the Terms.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify or supplement the Terms. The updated Terms are published on the website and apply to new orders.

2. Order placement

2.1. Orders can only be placed online through the website pabegimobunkeris.lt.
2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information (name, surname, email address, and phone number). The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
2.3. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions or errors resulting from incorrectly submitted Buyer information.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All service prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable.
3.2. The Buyer pays for the order through the Opay payment system, choosing a bank card, online banking, or another available payment method.
3.3. The Seller does not store or have access to the Buyer’s payment card or login details – they are processed solely through the Opay system.
3.4. The order is considered final only after the payment confirmation is received.
3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices when purchased on-site.

4. Ticket validity and service provision

4.1. The purchased ticket is valid throughout the entire season but grants the right to only one visit.
4.2. After successful payment, the Buyer receives the ticket or booking confirmation by email.
4.3. The Buyer must use the ticket before the end of the season – once it expires, the ticket becomes invalid, and no refunds will be issued.
4.4. The service is provided at the specified address and at a pre-arranged time.

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1. Since the purchased entertainment services have a specific validity period, they fall under Article 6.228(10) paragraph 2 point 12 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. An exception applies – the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to distance contracts.
5.2. The paid amount is non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to the Seller’s fault.
5.3. If the Buyer fails to arrive at the reserved time or does not use the ticket before the end of the season, the ticket is considered used, and no refund will be issued.
5.4. If the service is canceled by the Seller (e.g., due to technical issues), the Buyer will be offered:

  • another date and time, or

  • a full refund of the paid amount.

6. Buyer’s responsibility

6.1. The Buyer must use the website honestly and in compliance with applicable laws.
6.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the reservation.
6.3. The Buyer must follow the game safety rules; otherwise, the Seller has the right to terminate the service without compensation.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for their own safety. In the event of an accident, the Buyer shall have no claims against the park.

7. Seller’s responsibility

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer if they result from the Buyer’s fault or incorrectly provided information.
7.2. The Seller is liable only for direct losses arising from intentional actions or gross negligence.

8. Personal data protection

8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
8.2. The Buyer’s data is used solely for order management and service provision.

9. Dispute resolution

9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. If the Buyer believes their rights have been violated, they may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).
