Return policy

These return rules establish the conditions under which refunds for purchased tickets or services on the website pabegimobunkeris.lt/en are applied.
1. General provisions
1.1. The purchased ticket is valid throughout the entire season and grants the right to one visit.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket or service, the buyer agrees to these refund rules.
1.3. Tickets and services are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases specified in these rules.
2. Refund conditions
2.1. No refunds are issued if the Buyer:
fails to arrive at the service location at the specified time;
does not use the ticket before its expiration date;
cancels the service on their own initiative.
2.2. Refunds are issued only if the service cannot be provided due to the Seller’s fault, for example:
technical issues;
the service provider’s illness or other unforeseen circumstances;
other reasons that prevent the Seller from providing the service.
2.3. In such cases, the Buyer is given the option to choose:
another visit date and time, or
a full refund of the paid amount.
3. Refund procedure
3.1. To initiate a refund, the Buyer must contact via email: info@pabegimobunkeris.lt.
3.2. The request must include the order number, the buyer’s name and surname, and the circumstances under which the service was not provided.
3.3. The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of the decision, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
4. Final provisions
4.1. These rules constitute an integral part of the Purchase Terms and Conditions.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the refund rules, with any changes announced on the website.
