data-end=\"117\"><strong data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"117\">Effective from: 2025-09-19<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68a8458 data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"385\">These purchase rules (hereinafter \u2013 the <strong data-start=\"152\" data-end=\"165\">Rules<\/strong>) regulate the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the client (hereinafter \u2013 the <strong data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"211\">Buyer<\/strong>) and the website <strong data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"259\">pabegimobunkeris.lt<\/strong> (hereinafter \u2013 the <strong data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"284\">Seller<\/strong>) when the Buyer purchases services through the Seller\u2019s website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c239974 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c239974\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. General provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-019c7ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"019c7ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1.1. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order on the website and makes the payment via the <strong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"592\">Opay <\/strong>system.<br data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"604\">1.2. The Buyer must review these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement with the Terms.<br data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"756\">1.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify or supplement the Terms. The updated Terms are published on the website and apply to new orders.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e96a544 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e96a544\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Order placement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3b6325 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3b6325\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2.1. Orders can only be placed online through the website <strong data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1020\">pabegimobunkeris.lt<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1024\">2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information (name, surname, email address, and phone number). The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.<br data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1181\">2.3. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions or errors resulting from incorrectly submitted Buyer information.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ee5b98 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1ee5b98\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36e82b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36e82b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t3.1. All service prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable.<br data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1420\">3.2. The Buyer pays for the order through the Opay payment system, choosing a bank card, online banking, or another available payment method.<br data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1564\">3.3. The Seller does not store or have access to the Buyer\u2019s payment card or login details \u2013 they are processed solely through the <strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1676\">Opay <\/strong>system.<br data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1688\">3.4. The order is considered final only after the payment confirmation is received.    <br data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1688\">3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices when purchased on-site.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbb4fba elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cbb4fba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Ticket validity and service provision<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-595b7b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"595b7b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>4.1. The purchased ticket is valid throughout the entire season but grants the right to only <strong data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1909\">one visit<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1913\">4.2. After successful payment, the Buyer receives the ticket or booking confirmation by email.<br data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2006\">4.3. The Buyer must use the ticket before the end of the season \u2013 once it expires, the ticket becomes invalid, and no refunds will be issued.<br data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2148\">4.4. The service is provided at the specified address and at a pre-arranged time.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2457cc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2457cc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Cancellation and refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-757d2d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"757d2d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2877\">5.1. Since the purchased <strong data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2306\">entertainment services<\/strong> have a specific validity period, they fall under <strong data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2431\">Article 6.228(10) paragraph 2 point 12 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. <\/strong> An exception applies \u2013 the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to distance contracts.<br data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2516\">5.2. The paid amount is non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to the Seller\u2019s fault.<br data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2630\">5.3. If the Buyer fails to arrive at the reserved time or does not use the ticket before the end of the season, the ticket is considered used, and no refund will be issued.<br data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"2777\">5.4. If the service is canceled by the Seller (e.g., due to technical issues), the Buyer will be offered:   <\/p><ul data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2946\"><li data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2907\"><p data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"2907\">another date and time, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2908\" data-end=\"2946\"><p data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"2946\">a full refund of the paid amount.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-610afb3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"610afb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. The Seller does not store or have access to the Buyer\u2019s payment card or login details \u2013 they are processed solely through the Opay system.3.4. The order is considered final only after the payment confirmation is received. 3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices when purchased on-site. 4. Ticket validity and service provision 4.1. The purchased ticket is valid throughout the entire season but grants the right to only one visit.4.2. After successful payment, the Buyer receives the ticket or booking confirmation by email.4.3. The Buyer must use the ticket before the end of the season \u2013 once it expires, the ticket becomes invalid, and no refunds will be issued.4.4. The service is provided at the specified address and at a pre-arranged time. 5. Cancellation and refunds 5.1. Since the purchased entertainment services have a specific validity period, they fall under Article 6.228(10) paragraph 2 point 12 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. An exception applies \u2013 the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to distance contracts.5.2. The paid amount is non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to the Seller\u2019s fault.5.3.
